Superbills
While I do not accept insurance, I can provide a superbill upon request for clients seeking possible out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- All services are self-pay-only, and payment is due at the time of service.
- Accepted payment methods will be provided at scheduling.
- Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $350 cancellation fee.
- Missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.

Informed Consent (California – Telepsychiatry & Psychiatric Care)
By engaging in services with The Tailored Integrative Psychiatry & Wellness Sanctuary, a nursing corporation, you acknowledge and understand the following:
- Services are provided by a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Psychiatric care may include evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management when clinically appropriate.
- Treatment decisions are made collaboratively and may evolve over time.
- Telepsychiatry services are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant platform and carry the same standards of care as in-person visits.
- Telepsychiatry may have limitations, including technology disruptions or reduced ability to assess certain physical symptoms.
- You have the right to ask questions, decline treatment options, or withdraw consent at any time.
- In the event of an emergency, you agree to seek immediate local emergency services (911 or nearest emergency department).
A full informed consent document will be reviewed and acknowledged prior to the start of services.

The Tailored Integrative Psychiatry & Wellness Sanctuary provides outpatient psychiatric services, including evaluation and medication management, as well as integrative care. This nursing corporation is Not an Emergency Service Provider.
This practice does not provide emergency crisis care.

Medication Policy
Medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and based on a thorough evaluation. No medication is guaranteed, and controlled substances are prescribed with careful consideration and monitoring.
